everything you need to know...

How do I get there?

Venue Address: Maidens Barn, Green Street, High Easter, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 1HU

The venue is quite out in the sticks, between Chelmsford, Bishops Stortford and Braintree.

Venue Website

Due to the location, on-the-day taxis are not easy to book. It is recommended to pre-book a cab.

There is an on-site car park, where cars can be left at the owner's risk overnight and collected by 12 noon the next day.

Where can I stay?

There are a limited number of rooms on-site at the venue available for hire for the night, suitable for 2 people per room. Please get in touch with Trev or Jo to see if any are left if you are interested in these.

Otherwise, local hotels and B&Bs can be found here.

Can I bring my kids?

If you have received a save the date / invitation, your children are welcome - please just let us know who to expect so that we can plan accordingly.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Day guests, please let us know of any dietary requirements when you RSVP, and we can make sure the caterers are aware and can accommodate. The vegetarian option can be made vegan, so please let us know if you require this. Please advise of any allergies. For evening guests, the caterer has advised that they are able to cater for dietary requirements on the night for evening food.
